Eligibility

To use Aggarli, you must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Egyptian law. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Aggarli is intended for use in Egypt. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with any local laws or regulations that apply to you.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@aggarli.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You may not create more than one account, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Aggarli only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Discriminatory, hateful, or mean-spirited attacks targeting a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
• Graphic or realistic depictions of killing, torture, abuse, or serious injury, and content that threatens, encourages, celebrates, or incites violence.
• Offering, selling, renting, or facilitating the purchase of firearms, weapons, or ammunition, or promoting their illegal or reckless use.
• Sexual exploitation or abuse, pornography, prostitution, human trafficking, hookup content, or offers of sexual services.
• Inflammatory or abusive commentary about religion, or misleading or inaccurate quotations of religious texts.
• False, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content or communications, including impersonating another person or misrepresenting an identity.
• Content that seeks to profit from or exploit a recent or current violent conflict, attack, disaster, or other tragic event.
• Offering, selling, or encouraging tobacco, vaping products, or controlled substances, or promoting or encouraging excessive alcohol consumption.
• Posting items that are stolen, counterfeit, illegal under Egyptian law, or that infringe any third-party rights.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or abusing other users.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scraping tools to access the app.
• Attempting to bypass or interfere with the platform's safety features, authentication, or security measures.
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other individuals.
• Using Aggarli to facilitate transactions outside the platform to circumvent our policies.

Rental Agreements

Aggarli is a marketplace platform that connects item owners ("owners") with people who want to rent ("renters"). We are a facilitator only and are not a party to any rental agreement between users. When a rental request is approved by the owner, a binding agreement is formed directly between the owner and the renter. Both parties are responsible for honouring the agreed terms, including rental dates, price, and item condition. Aggarli is not responsible for the condition of items, the behaviour of users, or the outcome of any rental.

Cancellations

Renters may cancel a pending rental request at any time before the owner approves it without penalty. Once a rental is approved, cancellation is subject to any terms agreed between the renter and owner directly. Aggarli does not mediate or enforce cancellation terms and does not issue refunds. Any refund arrangements are solely between the renter and the owner. Owners who repeatedly cancel approved rentals may have their accounts reviewed or suspended.

Payments

Aggarli facilitates peer-to-peer payments through InstaPay, Egypt's interbank payment network. Aggarli does not process, hold, escrow, or receive any funds. All payment transactions occur directly between the renter and the owner outside the Aggarli platform. We are not responsible for payment disputes, non-payment, or fraudulent payment claims. Disputes regarding payment are solely between the renter and the owner. We strongly recommend that users retain evidence of any payments made.

Identity Verification

Aggarli offers optional identity verification to increase trust and safety on the platform. During the ID document check, Aggarli extracts the structurally valid National ID number from text already detected in your ID image and immediately converts it to a secret-keyed HMAC. Aggarli never stores the plaintext number. The HMAC supports identity accountability and, if you delete your account after taking part in a rental, may be kept in a private legal-hold record for five years to protect transaction integrity and to establish or defend legal rights. Verified users receive a badge visible to other users. Verification does not guarantee a user's honesty, reliability, or conduct. You should exercise your own judgement when entering into rental agreements.

Intellectual Property

The Aggarli name, logo, app design, and all original content created by us are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. By posting content on Aggarli (including item photos, descriptions, and reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Aggarli service. You retain ownership of your content. Deleting a listing removes it from the app's active records and display. When account deletion completes, user-owned content and uploaded files are removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Aggarli and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss, damage, or theft of rented items.
• Personal injury or property damage arising from a rental.
• Payment disputes or financial losses between users.
• Inaccurate or misleading item descriptions posted by other users.
• Interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the app.
• Unauthorised access to your account or data resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the safety of the platform or its users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action unless immediate suspension is necessary to protect other users or the platform. Account deletion is refused while you are the renter or owner of a pending, approved, or active rental. Complete the rental, or cancel or decline it where available, and then try again. For a completed, rejected, cancelled, or failed rental, Aggarli deletes your account and uploaded files but keeps an anonymized transaction record so the other party does not lose their rental, payment, or rating history. Your live account link, rental messages, precise meeting details, payment screenshot, and any review comment you authored are removed. An anonymous numeric rating may remain. To protect transaction integrity and to establish or defend legal rights, Aggarli keeps a private legal-hold record containing your name, phone number, and—when available—a secret-keyed HMAC of your National ID for five years after account deletion. For a legacy verified account that has no National-ID HMAC, Aggarli may retain only the existing verification-document SHA-256 instead and never reconstructs the National ID during deletion. This record is not public, is not shown to another user, and cannot be used to sign in. Upon termination, your right to use Aggarli ends immediately.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Egyptian Civil Code, the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, and any other applicable Egyptian legislation. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Aggarli shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt. We encourage you to contact us at support@aggarli.com to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of Aggarli after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Aggarli and delete your account.

الأهلية

لاستخدام أجّرلي، يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 عاماً على الأقل وأن تكون أهلاً قانونياً لإبرام عقد ملزم بموجب القانون المصري. باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك تُقرّ وتضمن استيفاءك لهذه المتطلبات وأن جميع المعلومات التي تقدمها دقيقة وحديثة وكاملة. مُصمَّم أجّرلي للاستخدام في مصر، وأنت مسؤول عن ضمان امتثال استخدامك للقوانين واللوائح المحلية المنطبقة عليك.

حسابات المستخدمين

أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تجري تحت حسابك. يجب إخطارنا فوراً على support@aggarli.com في حال الاشتباه بأي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك. لا يحق لك إنشاء أكثر من حساب واحد، أو نقل حسابك لشخص آخر، أو استخدام حساب شخص آخر.

سلوك المستخدم والأنشطة المحظورة

توافق على استخدام أجّرلي لأغراض مشروعة فقط. الأنشطة التالية محظورة بشكل صارم:

• الهجمات التمييزية أو التي تنطوي على كراهية أو إساءة ضد شخص أو مجموعة بسبب العِرق أو الأصل الإثني أو الجنسية أو الدين أو الجنس أو النوع الاجتماعي أو التوجه الجنسي أو الإعاقة أو أي صفة أخرى يحميها القانون.
• الصور أو المشاهد الدموية أو الواقعية للقتل أو التعذيب أو الإساءة أو الإصابات الخطيرة، والمحتوى الذي يهدد بالعنف أو يشجعه أو يمجّده أو يحرّض عليه.
• عرض الأسلحة النارية أو الأسلحة أو الذخيرة أو بيعها أو تأجيرها أو تسهيل شرائها، أو الترويج لاستخدامها بصورة غير قانونية أو متهورة.
• الاستغلال أو الاعتداء الجنسي أو المواد الإباحية أو الدعارة أو الاتجار بالبشر أو محتوى التعارف الجنسي أو عرض الخدمات الجنسية.
• التعليقات التحريضية أو المسيئة بشأن الدين، أو الاقتباسات المضللة أو غير الدقيقة للنصوص الدينية.
• المحتوى أو الرسائل الكاذبة أو الاحتيالية أو الخادعة أو المضللة، بما في ذلك انتحال شخصية شخص آخر أو تقديم بيانات مزيفة عن الهوية.
• المحتوى الذي يسعى إلى الربح من نزاع عنيف أو هجوم أو كارثة أو حدث مأساوي حديث أو جارٍ، أو إلى استغلاله.
• عرض منتجات التبغ أو التدخين الإلكتروني أو المواد الخاضعة للرقابة أو بيعها أو التشجيع عليها، أو الترويج للاستهلاك المفرط للكحول أو التشجيع عليه.
• نشر منتجات مسروقة أو مقلّدة أو غير قانونية بموجب القانون المصري أو تنتهك حقوق الطرف الثالث.
• مضايقة أو تهديد أو تشهير أو إساءة المستخدمين الآخرين.
• استخدام أنظمة آلية أو برامج تجميع للوصول إلى التطبيق.
• محاولة تجاوز أو التدخل في ميزات الأمان أو المصادقة في المنصة.
• إنشاء حسابات متعددة أو مشاركة الحساب مع أفراد آخرين.
• استخدام أجّرلي لتسهيل معاملات خارج المنصة بهدف التحايل على سياساتنا.

اتفاقيات الإيجار

أجّرلي منصة سوق تربط أصحاب المنتجات بالمستأجرين. نحن وسيط فقط ولسنا طرفاً في أي اتفاقية إيجار بين المستخدمين. عند موافقة المالك على طلب الإيجار، تنشأ اتفاقية ملزمة مباشرةً بين المالك والمستأجر. كلا الطرفين مسؤولان عن الوفاء بالشروط المتفق عليها، بما فيها التواريخ والسعر وحالة المنتج. أجّرلي غير مسؤولة عن حالة المنتجات أو سلوك المستخدمين أو نتائج أي عملية إيجار.

الإلغاء

يجوز للمستأجر إلغاء طلب إيجار معلّق في أي وقت قبل موافقة المالك دون أي غرامة. بعد الموافقة على الإيجار، يخضع الإلغاء للشروط المتفق عليها مباشرةً بين المستأجر والمالك. لا تتوسط أجّرلي في شروط الإلغاء ولا تُصدر أي استرداد للمبالغ. ترتيبات الاسترداد تكون حصراً بين المستأجر والمالك. قد تخضع حسابات المُلّاك الذين يلغون الإيجارات المعتمدة بشكل متكرر للمراجعة أو التعليق.

المدفوعات

تسهّل أجّرلي المدفوعات بين الأفراد عبر إنستاباي. لا تعالج أجّرلي أو تحتفظ أو تضمن أو تستلم أي أموال. تجري جميع معاملات الدفع مباشرةً بين المستأجر والمالك خارج منصة أجّرلي. لسنا مسؤولين عن نزاعات الدفع أو عدم السداد أو ادعاءات الدفع الاحتيالية. يُنصح بشدة بالاحتفاظ بدليل على أي مدفوعات تمت.

التحقق من الهوية

تقدم أجّرلي التحقق الاختياري من الهوية لزيادة الثقة والأمان على المنصة. أثناء فحص مستند الهوية، تستخرج أجّرلي الرقم القومي الصحيح بنيويًا من النص الذي تم اكتشافه بالفعل في صورة هويتك، ثم تحوّله فورًا إلى بصمة HMAC مرتبطة بمفتاح سري. لا تخزّن أجّرلي الرقم بصورته الأصلية مطلقًا. تُستخدم البصمة لدعم المساءلة عن الهوية، وإذا حذفت حسابك بعد مشاركتك في إيجار فقد تُحفظ في سجل احتفاظ قانوني خاص لمدة خمس سنوات لحماية سلامة المعاملة ولإثبات الحقوق القانونية أو الدفاع عنها. يحصل المستخدمون المتحقق منهم على شارة مرئية للمستخدمين الآخرين، لكن التحقق لا يضمن صدق المستخدم أو موثوقيته أو سلوكه. يجب عليك ممارسة حكمك الخاص عند إبرام اتفاقيات الإيجار.

الملكية الفكرية

اسم أجّرلي وشعارها وتصميم التطبيق وجميع المحتوى الأصلي الذي أنشأناه هي ملكيتنا الفكرية ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها أو استخدامها دون إذن كتابي منا. بنشرك للمحتوى على أجّرلي (بما في ذلك صور المنتجات والأوصاف والتقييمات)، فإنك تمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري وخالياً من حقوق الملكية وعالمي النطاق لاستخدام هذا المحتوى وعرضه وتوزيعه حصراً لأغراض تشغيل خدمة أجّرلي والترويج لها. تحتفظ بملكية المحتوى الخاص بك. يؤدي حذف قائمة إلى إزالتها من سجلات التطبيق النشطة ومن العرض. وعند اكتمال حذف الحساب، يُحذف المحتوى المملوك للمستخدم والملفات المرفوعة كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية.

تحديد المسؤولية

بالقدر الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون المصري، لن تكون أجّرلي ومؤسسوها وموظفوها وشركاؤها مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية. يشمل ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:

• فقدان أو تلف أو سرقة المنتجات المؤجَّرة.
• الإصابات الشخصية أو أضرار الممتلكات الناجمة عن عملية إيجار.
• نزاعات الدفع أو الخسائر المالية بين المستخدمين.
• أوصاف المنتجات غير الدقيقة أو المضللة التي ينشرها مستخدمون آخرون.
• انقطاع التطبيق أو أخطاؤه أو عدم توفره.
• الوصول غير المصرح به لحسابك أو بياناتك نتيجة إهمالك في حفظ بيانات اعتمادك.

تعليق الحساب وإنهاؤه

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب ينتهك هذه الشروط أو يمارس نشاطاً احتيالياً أو يُشكّل خطراً على أمان المنصة أو مستخدميها. سنبذل جهوداً معقولة لإخطارك قبل اتخاذ مثل هذا الإجراء إلا إذا كان التعليق الفوري ضرورياً. يُرفض حذف الحساب عندما تكون مستأجرًا أو مالكًا في طلب إيجار معلّق أو إيجار مقبول أو نشط. أكمل الإيجار، أو ألغِه أو ارفضه حيثما كان ذلك متاحًا، ثم حاول مرة أخرى. بالنسبة إلى الإيجار المكتمل أو المرفوض أو الملغى أو المتعذر، تحذف أجّرلي حسابك وملفاتك المرفوعة لكنها تحتفظ بسجل معاملة مجهّل الهوية حتى لا يفقد الطرف الآخر سجل الإيجار أو الدفع أو التقييم. تُزال صلة حسابك المباشرة ورسائل الإيجار وتفاصيل نقطة اللقاء الدقيقة وصورة إثبات الدفع وأي تعليق تقييم كتبته. وقد يبقى التقييم الرقمي دون هوية. لحماية سلامة المعاملة ولإثبات الحقوق القانونية أو الدفاع عنها، تحتفظ أجّرلي لمدة خمس سنوات بعد حذف الحساب بسجل احتفاظ قانوني خاص يتضمن اسمك ورقم هاتفك، وعند توفرها بصمة HMAC للرقم القومي مرتبطة بمفتاح سري. وبالنسبة إلى حساب قديم تم التحقق منه ولا توجد له بصمة للرقم القومي، قد تحتفظ أجّرلي فقط ببصمة SHA-256 الموجودة لمستند التحقق، ولا تعيد استخراج الرقم القومي أثناء الحذف. هذا السجل غير عام ولا يظهر لأي مستخدم آخر ولا يمكن استخدامه لتسجيل الدخول.

القانون الحاكم وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، بما فيها القانون المدني المصري وقانون حماية المستهلك وأي تشريعات مصرية أخرى منطبقة. أي نزاع ينشأ عن أو يتعلق بهذه الشروط أو استخدامك لأجّرلي يخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم القاهرة، مصر. نشجعك على التواصل معنا على support@aggarli.com لمحاولة حل أي نزاع ودياً قبل اللجوء إلى الإجراءات القانونية الرسمية.

تعديل الشروط

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. في حال إجراء تغييرات جوهرية، سنُخطرك عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني قبل 7 أيام على الأقل من سريانها. يعكس التاريخ في أعلى هذه الشروط آخر تحديث. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام أجّرلي بعد التاريخ الفعلي لأي تغييرات قبولاً للشروط المُحدَّثة.
