How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Aggarli app and go to your Profile tab.
2. In your Profile, scroll to Delete Account and tap it.
3. Review the deletion scope, then confirm deletion in the two-step confirmation prompts.

You need a valid signed-in session. If your account uses Sign in with Apple, the app asks you to Sign in with Apple again so Aggarli can revoke its access. If Apple reauthentication or revocation is unavailable, you may choose to finish deleting the Aggarli account and then remove Aggarli in your Apple Account settings.

What data is deleted

Account deletion is refused while you are the renter or owner of a pending, approved, or active rental. Complete the rental, or cancel or decline it where available, and then try again.

For a completed, rejected, cancelled, or failed rental, Aggarli deletes your account and uploaded files but keeps an anonymized transaction record so the other party does not lose their rental, payment, or rating history. Your live account link, rental messages, precise meeting details, payment screenshot, and any review comment you authored are removed. An anonymous numeric rating may remain.

Account deletion also removes:

• Your authentication account, login access, profile information, and push notification token.
• Your listings and publication data, merchant store and documents, reports you submitted, and verification records.
• Your user-owned uploaded files, including profile and listing images, merchant logos, banners and documents, identity-verification images, and pending or published moderation media.

Unrelated users' accounts, records, and files are not deleted.

Private five-year legal hold

To protect transaction integrity and to establish or defend legal rights, Aggarli keeps a private legal-hold record containing your name, phone number, and—when available—a secret-keyed HMAC of your National ID for five years after account deletion. For a legacy verified account that has no National-ID HMAC, Aggarli may retain only the existing verification-document SHA-256 instead and never reconstructs the National ID during deletion. This record is not public, is not shown to another user, and cannot be used to sign in.

If deletion pauses

Deletion can pause if an uploaded file's ownership cannot be verified or cleanup needs a safety review. Retry from the same screen. If it still cannot complete or you can no longer sign in, contact privacy@aggarli.com so we can review it safely.

Aggarli does not show deletion as complete until user-owned uploaded files, app records, and the authentication account have been removed and the account service confirms that the account no longer exists.

After deletion

The deleted account cannot be signed in to or recovered. Creating a new account later does not restore it or its data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

كيفية حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق

1. افتح تطبيق أجّرلي واذهب إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي.
2. في ملفك الشخصي، مرّر إلى حذف الحساب واضغط عليه.
3. راجع نطاق الحذف، ثم أكّد الحذف في خطوتي التأكيد المتتاليتين.

تحتاج إلى جلسة تسجيل دخول صالحة. إذا كان حسابك يستخدم تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple، فسيطلب منك التطبيق تسجيل الدخول باستخدام Apple مرة أخرى حتى يتمكن أجّرلي من إلغاء صلاحيته. وإذا تعذرت إعادة المصادقة أو إلغاء الصلاحية، فيمكنك اختيار إكمال حذف حساب أجّرلي ثم إزالة أجّرلي من إعدادات حساب Apple.

البيانات التي تُحذف

يُرفض حذف الحساب عندما تكون مستأجرًا أو مالكًا في طلب إيجار معلّق أو إيجار مقبول أو نشط. أكمل الإيجار، أو ألغِه أو ارفضه حيثما كان ذلك متاحًا، ثم حاول مرة أخرى.

بالنسبة إلى الإيجار المكتمل أو المرفوض أو الملغى أو المتعذر، تحذف أجّرلي حسابك وملفاتك المرفوعة لكنها تحتفظ بسجل معاملة مجهّل الهوية حتى لا يفقد الطرف الآخر سجل الإيجار أو الدفع أو التقييم. تُزال صلة حسابك المباشرة ورسائل الإيجار وتفاصيل نقطة اللقاء الدقيقة وصورة إثبات الدفع وأي تعليق تقييم كتبته. وقد يبقى التقييم الرقمي دون هوية.

يؤدي حذف الحساب أيضًا إلى حذف:

• حساب المصادقة وإمكانية تسجيل الدخول ومعلومات ملفك الشخصي ورمز الإشعارات الفورية.
• القوائم وبيانات نشرها، والمتجر ومستنداته، والبلاغات التي أرسلتها، وسجلات التحقق.
• ملفاتك المرفوعة والمملوكة لك، بما فيها صور الملف الشخصي والقوائم، وشعارات المتجر ولافتاته ومستنداته، وصور التحقق من الهوية، ووسائط المراجعة المعلّقة أو المنشورة.

لا تُحذف حسابات المستخدمين الآخرين غير المرتبطة ولا سجلاتهم ولا ملفاتهم.

سجل الاحتفاظ القانوني الخاص لمدة خمس سنوات

لحماية سلامة المعاملة ولإثبات الحقوق القانونية أو الدفاع عنها، تحتفظ أجّرلي لمدة خمس سنوات بعد حذف الحساب بسجل احتفاظ قانوني خاص يتضمن اسمك ورقم هاتفك، وعند توفرها بصمة HMAC للرقم القومي مرتبطة بمفتاح سري. وبالنسبة إلى حساب قديم تم التحقق منه ولا توجد له بصمة للرقم القومي، قد تحتفظ أجّرلي فقط ببصمة SHA-256 الموجودة لمستند التحقق، ولا تعيد استخراج الرقم القومي أثناء الحذف. هذا السجل غير عام ولا يظهر لأي مستخدم آخر ولا يمكن استخدامه لتسجيل الدخول.

إذا توقف الحذف مؤقتاً

قد يتوقف الحذف مؤقتاً إذا تعذر التحقق من ملكية ملف مرفوع أو احتاج التنظيف إلى مراجعة أمان. أعد المحاولة من الشاشة نفسها. وإذا استمر تعذر الإكمال أو لم تعد قادراً على تسجيل الدخول، فتواصل مع privacy@aggarli.com حتى نراجعه بأمان.

لا يعرض أجّرلي الحذف على أنه مكتمل حتى تُحذف الملفات المملوكة للمستخدم وسجلات التطبيق وحساب المصادقة، وحتى تؤكد الخدمة أن الحساب لم يعد موجوداً.

بعد الحذف

لا يمكن تسجيل الدخول إلى الحساب المحذوف أو استعادته. إنشاء حساب جديد لاحقاً لا يعيده ولا يعيد بياناته. للتفاصيل الكاملة، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.
