Before requesting
Review the description, photos and owner’s rules. Your rental total uses the period and daily, weekly and monthly rates. Confirm any deposit or additional arrangements with the owner before approval.
Requests and approval
Sending a request does not charge you or reserve dates. The owner reviews your request in the app; approval reserves availability. Track the status in My rental requests on the website.
Payment and handover
New requests use payment at handover. Confirm the amount and any deposit arrangements with the owner. Review the details before exchanging money or the item. Record condition photos and confirm handover in the app.
Returns and cancellation
Check the return date and listing rules. Cancel or confirm returns in the app, and review the cancellation consequences shown there before confirming. Payments made outside Aggarli are not automatically refunded.
If something goes wrong
Open the rental in the app to request help with payment, handover or return issues. Keep receipts and item condition photos. For misleading content or abuse, use Report on the listing, public profile or store.
