How to use
From account setup to return: follow each step in the app.

Create your account
Download Aggarli, sign up, and sign in. Open your Profile to complete your details before sending your first rental request.

Verify your identity
In Profile, tap “Verify Now”, then “Start Verification”. Review the consent prompt, allow camera access, and take a clear photo of the front of your ID. Tap “Continue to Face Scan”, follow the browser instructions, then return to Aggarli for the result. Verification is optional and adds an ID Verified badge when successful.

Browse and check the item
Search for an item or browse categories. Use location, price, and availability filters to narrow the results. Open a listing to check its photos, description, rental rates, owner profile, and available dates.

Choose dates and send a request
Select available start and end dates, then tap “Request Rental”. Review the dates and total price, add an optional message to the owner, and tap “Send Request”. Follow its status in Rentals → My Requests.

Wait for owner approval
The owner opens Rentals → Requests to Me, reviews your request, and taps “Approve” or “Reject”. Wait for approval before proceeding. Once approved, open the request details to see the owner’s contact information and payment details.

Pay and confirm receipt
Check the payment timing and deadline in the request. For InstaPay, copy the displayed owner handle and amount, pay in InstaPay, then attach the receipt screenshot and tap “I’ve Sent the Payment”. The owner checks receipt and taps “Confirm Payment Received”. If no InstaPay handle is shown, contact the owner to arrange payment.

Arrange the meeting and handover
From the approved request, tap “Contact on WhatsApp” to agree on a meeting place, pickup time, and return arrangements. At handover, check the item and its accessories together, confirm its condition, and collect it. For upfront rentals, the owner confirms payment to make the rental active.

Return the item and close the rental
Return the item and all its accessories at the agreed time and place. After receiving it, the owner opens the request and taps “Confirm Item Returned” to complete the rental. Settle any payment due after the rental, then open the completed request to leave a rating and review.
When do I pay? Follow the payment option shown on your request: upfront payment is due after approval; pay-after-rental payment is due after the owner confirms the return. Use the displayed deadline, and have the owner confirm receipt in the app.

What is Aggarli?
Aggarli is a rental marketplace that connects people across Egypt. Rent items you need for a while, or list your own items for others to rent. Browse listings and manage your rentals in the mobile app.
How do payments and pickup work?
Check the listing and rental details in the app. After the owner approves your request, coordinate the available payment method, meeting point, and return arrangements with them. Confirm the item’s condition together at handover.
Can I rent out my own things?
Yes. Create an account, add clear photos and an accurate description, then set your rental price and availability. You review incoming requests and decide which to accept. Listings must follow our Terms of Service.
Is Aggarli available in my area?
Aggarli is built for Egypt, with location and governorate filters to help you explore. Available items depend on what people and merchants have listed in your area. Open the app to see what’s nearby.
